Wayne Canfield

I read this email this morning and thought I'd pass it along. I've known Wayne for a number of years and you'd find it very hard to find a nicer guy. He has done more for our sport than anyone I know. Wish him well and pray he recovers quickly and fully.

 

"Wayne Canfield was diagnosed with a brain tumor this afternoon. It looks to be cancerous and they're operating to remove it on Sunday morning at Scripps Hospital in La Jolla. Knowing how fast word spreads in the water ski community, I started a website to keep everyone updated on Wayne's condition. as of yesterday 2 PM  Wayne is out of surgery and is talking, so things are looking positive.
