Baller Skihack Posted September 19, 2009 Baller Share Posted September 19, 2009 Guys, I have a stainless cable course that is coming apart in need of repair. I bought this second hand. It is continuous with diamonds at the arms. My question is does anyone know what type of crimps these are and where can I get them? Just the crimps are breaking down not the button stops. They look to be copper but I am not too sure. Thanks.
Baller Steven Posted September 19, 2009 Baller Share Posted September 19, 2009 I'm not sure what they are, but McMaster Carr has an extensive line of hardware. You might be able to find something there.
Baller Ed_Obermeier Posted September 19, 2009 Baller Share Posted September 19, 2009 If they're fairly small and appear to be copper it sounds like the crimps we use, might even be one of our mainlines. If you want to e-mail me or call I'll be happy to chat with you as to what is causing your issues and what the fix may be. I also probably have the crimps or at least crimps that will work for you.Ed @ EZ-Slalom Course Systems800-216-4461 toll free
