Baller lakeaustinskier Posted October 13, 2009 Baller Share Posted October 13, 2009 Is it best to start looking and testing a new ski at the end of the season or the beginning of the season? In Texas I can ski intermittingly through November or so. Start up again sometime in March. Thoughts?

Baller skibug Posted October 14, 2009 Baller Share Posted October 14, 2009 The only problem with starting at the end of the season is the intermitency and then the layoff. IMO if you are testing out a new ski you want to take multiple sets on consecutive days or at least every other day until you get it dialed in and then ride it for a few more sets shortly there after. If you start at the end of the season make sure you keep a real good log to refer to when you start up the next season.
