Borderline still has a few, this summer at the Victoria, BC Open Record this past Labor Day, I took a picture of my boat (not realizing the true star was the green boat guide)

I think a poll is needed, "does your lake still have green 3 ball boat guides as a reminder of the good old days of PerfectPass ?" answers could be the obvious "yes/no", and "doesn't matter, I ski behind a ZO boat"

While I was out having margaritas with a gorgeous blonde, @richarddoane was spending his time finding pictures of green buoys. I win.

@OB would it drive you nuts even more to find out I recently repainted mine......green. It's just supposed to be that way. It's Tradition!!. Like the seventh inning stretch, Stanly Cup playoff beards, rushing the field or the Gatorade bath. It's just supposed to be. ;)

Aw c'mon, hold onto it for us getting older and older farts. Old school like a 5 color in the mold gel-coat. Old school like the smell of two cycle oil filling the air. Old school like memories of hanging over the side of the boat clicking the stopwatch and "time ok". Old school like skiing crappy tourney sites with beach ball buoys and/or river current. Old school with boats that pasted the skier with spray at short-line (or even not that short-a-line). A lot of us earned our stripes back then, and I salute the green ball.

Do pre-gates count? I like green pre-gates. We only put green boat guides on when we lose yellow ones. Muskrats like yellow.
