Baller Rpc29 Posted July 15, 2013 Baller Share Posted July 15, 2013 Was out in my 2001 sunsetter lxi last night and while accelerating it felt like the transmission was slipping. At about 15 mph the rpm's would suddenly jump and then normalize. Almost like the prop slippage but I doubt that was the case. Any ideas for what this could be or should I bite the bullet and take it to the dealer? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Baller Andre Posted July 15, 2013 Baller Share Posted July 15, 2013 Check oil level when hot and immediately after stopping the engine. Clutch pack could be slipping too but check level first.
