Reflex Carbon Plate

Just bought a reflex set up with a carbon plate. They forgot to supply screws. I have an HO A3 and am wondering if I can use the EXO binding screws? Do I need some type of washer between the screw and the plate? No sure how fragile the plate is if I just use screws

You are talking about the screws thst attach the plate to the ski? If so, they did not forget, these screws are to be supplied by the ski manufacturer. I use the screws/washerd that come with the D3 skis.

Screws come with all the bindings I bought this year. Never got any with a ski.

I 've got some ski screws that fit, flat bottom, rounded top. Do you fellas think I also need washers>

Yes, washers! Stainless Steel standard washers, but Fender washers if you can. They help spread the load better than standard washers.

Wouldn't hurt to go by Grainger or Fastenal to get a supply of spares to keep on hand.
