Baller Chef23 Posted February 10, 2015 Baller Share Posted February 10, 2015 Has anyone seen or skied on the new HO binding systems (http://www.hosports.com/product-detail.php?id=waterski-boots-vmax) mount the bindings directly to the ski without any binding plate. They claim an advantage in responsiveness being closer to the ski. This is a bit of the opposite of a binding like the OB4 which sets you up higher off the ski. I recall at some point that Andy Mapple mounted his binding right to the ski but he is on a Reflex now which puts you a little higher off the ski. I am not sure either would make a difference at my level of skiing but it is an interesting conversation given that my ski site is frozen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
