Baller Glock Posted March 16, 2015 Baller Share Posted March 16, 2015 I read some advise today from Ben Favret at waterskimag.com. He advocates for a training program in which you train 1mph faster than your actual speed. As I am preparing for a season of big improvements, I was wondering how many of you use this advice? Is this helpful? I finished last year with a pb of 5 at 32off, 34mph, but pretty inconsistent at 28. Hope to get fairly consistent at 32 this summer. Baller ozski Posted March 16, 2015 Baller Share Posted March 16, 2015 I think its good advice to mix things up, faster and then slower on shorter line lengths. Get out of the course and ski with out the little red balls to distract you.
Baller GAJ0004 Posted March 18, 2015 Baller Share Posted March 18, 2015 I am planning to up my speed in practice to 36MPH. I got really sloppy last year.
