Reflex Hardware

I need to replace the hardware (8 screws and 8 nuts) that mount the release mechanism to the plate.

 

Does anyone know the correct size? I'm hoping to find replacements at the local hardware store.

Call Miami ski Nautique. Ask for the guy that sets up Reflex there. He can help you with whatever you need. He may even send you replacement parts just as cheap as hardware store will do or very close. ;)

I just bought a new plate and liner from them. Oh....and a 2014 SN 200. Maybe they'll throw in the hardware. Ha

Webbdawg you should upgrade to the new heel blocks.

I have them. But I need new screws/nuts to mount the release to the new plate. The existing ones are stripping

They are metric. I don't remember the size but I had to find a small hardware store to get the parts.

@Deanoski I've had the heel blocks and never mounted them. Now that I have to replace the plate, I will. And now I see what you're referring to. No new screws or nuts needed. Thanks!

I get my Reflex stuff from Katie at Mapple skis.

Fastenal fixed me up with a couple replacements. I'll check and see if I have the size written down when I get home.

If you need 8 screws and nuts you probably have stainless steel attachments not the aluminum.

So the screws and nuts are M4 metric meaning 4mm. You can use 8-32 screws instead but do a little research as what kind of nuts to use because the 8-32 self locking are larger in outside diameter and they wouldn't fit.

Also use only 6 screws, do not put the inside front ones, you don't need them, they only damage your boot.
