zero off no customer service

Have any ballers had the same experience I've and with Zero off ( E Controls)?? Ordered on 3/17, it is 3/31. No product, no return phone calls, no return emails, no answers.

Yep!! Just start calling, e-mailing and leaving messages! 918-317-2401,sales@zerogps.com. I went through the same thing last year, finally got a bit bent and when the general manager finally called me back he got a piece of mind I dont think he was ready for. They bend us over with the product and then their customer service and support is very poor.

Thanks Jody. Well said. They have had my money ($1650) for weeks but that doesn't seem to matter. At least I know it's not me-- just their terrible way of doing business

For how long is the ZO patent in place? When can PP start producing the equivalent?

I had problems a few years a go and Sunny Ramey was very helpful. Not sure if she is still there her extension was 3119.
