mastercraft123
being 64 and only been course skiing for 3 years i seem to bruise or crack a rib every year,of course by not being in a correct position. i have thought of buying a chest and rib protector to wear under my vest. seems these bones are a little more brittle than they use to be. any ideas. thanks
kfennell
After watching my neighbour go through what you are going through right now I have the following suggestions without knowing anything about you. Assuming you are in the course. 1. Slow down, seems everyone wants to learn too fast. 2. Buy a bigger ski. 3. 3. Buy bindings meant for running the course 4. Dont use your biceps at all 5. Stand up on the ski. You should basically never be falling into your ribs, if you are it means you are trying way too hard, or exceeding the limits of yourself or your equipment. However I see some people that do this every set and they are probably breaking all of the rules above.
