Baller Beans Posted April 11, 2015 Baller Share Posted April 11, 2015 Here's the backstory: after my early season warm-up (I live in Michigan, so warming up is key) I can run 34mph-15 about 99% of the time, 36mph-15 about 85% of the time and my practice PB is 3 at -22. What is the key to getting past the first loop? I want to know what has worked for others as far as training techniques (getting out of the course, sowing down, etc...) and if there is something I should focus on as far as technique goes. Thanks for any help.
Baller spartanskier10 Posted April 11, 2015 Baller Share Posted April 11, 2015 Have you already skied here in Michigan? I am looking to get out next weekend for the first of the season.
