First day on water, 2 passes through course and warning chirps coming from dash. I had a bad battery, replaced it and still chirps. I noticed my Amp meter reads less that 13 and my perfect pass says 11.2. Will a bad alternator cause chirping?

Check your ground and the wiring block under the helm. I'm wondering if you have some corrosion somewhere. After 14 years on the water, it might be possible.

The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears.

3 days of checking sensors and grounds. BUT, I found my sensor that caused 3 days off the water and it was THE KNOCK SENSOR. Thanks to all:
