Baller MrB Posted May 2, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 2, 2015 First day on water, 2 passes through course and warning chirps coming from dash. I had a bad battery, replaced it and still chirps. I noticed my Amp meter reads less that 13 and my perfect pass says 11.2. Will a bad alternator cause chirping?
Baller_ MISkier Posted May 3, 2015 Baller_ Share Posted May 3, 2015 Check your ground and the wiring block under the helm. I'm wondering if you have some corrosion somewhere. After 14 years on the water, it might be possible. The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears.

Baller Chef23 Posted May 8, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 8, 2015 I had a bad oil pressure sender that caused a chirp. How is your oil pressure reading?
Baller Andre Posted May 8, 2015 Baller Share Posted May 8, 2015 Check battery conections. My ski finish in 16.95 but my ass is out of tolerance!
Baller MrB Posted May 8, 2015 Author Baller Share Posted May 8, 2015 3 days of checking sensors and grounds. BUT, I found my sensor that caused 3 days off the water and it was THE KNOCK SENSOR. Thanks to all: @ wolfgang @MISkier @Chef23 @Andr
