Acapulco is great... but we've heard great things of Costa Rica and wanted to change it up. I think Horton did a write-up on his visit a few years back. On the other hand, for a mid winter waterski vacation for someone who lives "north of the wall", there is nothing better. This year we are taking the whole family to Water Ski Costa Rica.
