Diacom Software

Just upgraded to ZO from PP on an 04 SN, deep water starts seem sluggish, Tim at inboard solutions suggested I change the cam retard 7°, can anyone walk me through that? I hooked up the diagnostics but it didnt seem to be talking with ECM, and distributor is obstructed by fuses on new wiring harness. Other than this the conversion was flawless. Thanks

When you hook up the diacom and try to connect, what are you seeing?

I choose the ECM and it seems to connect but no parameters show up on diagnostic page ....

Which ECM did you select?

After you choose the ECM you are clicking the Link icon - correct?

Yes to link icon, ill try again this afternoon before I ski this afternoon....
