Baller pgmoore Posted August 18, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 18, 2017 Driving to keep the lake calm This video pops up on Facebook every now and then. It uses a wakeboarder as the example, but everything would equally apply to pulling a skier. Nothing revolutionary here, but it's a good refresher. I wish everyone on our lake could be made to watch this...
TK421
Great video. New boat owner here, and I have been doing my u-turns while pulling a rider all wrong. Thank you for sharing.
Baller ScottScott Posted August 19, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 19, 2017 Unless you're in gator infested water....then its good to get back to a fallin skier pretty quick. Unless they are afraid of gators, then you can let them sweat it out a little bit.
Baller Deke Posted August 19, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 19, 2017 I'd be curious to hear what methods others use to keep it straight in open water. Obviously sighting something on land, but does anyone line up something on the boat somehow with that landmark?
Baller UWSkier Posted August 19, 2017 Baller Share Posted August 19, 2017 I just rely on good ol binocular vision to keep it straight. Pick my point and drive straight at it.
