Did Radar copy Stokes vest? The construction and foam shapes/sizes looks very similar. Subtle differences.

How many ways can you make a vest? I think accusing one manufacturer of copying another is a little bit of a stretch.

I’m thinking Stokes is the one copying since it’s a new vest for them. The Radar drifter vest cut and construction is on it’s third year, if I’m not mistaken?! That cut does fit great, I like my radar vest.

Can't comment on the Radar, but Stokes stuff is top notch both vests and suits. Best stuff I've ever owned...and I'm getting old. Customer service rocks, too.

We have had our vest shape for ten years nearly now, Just a color difference on our new one. I don't think any company copies another. Just the dynamic padding design makes the shape look very similar. I think we use differenct material, shape of the vest, length, flexibility. The only part of the vest looking similar is the padding. We are all trying to make vests that fit great, look good, and offer up protection with flexibility. Radar are a great brand who do many great things for waterskiing, just as we are supporting the sport we all love. @thager the same company do not make our vests.
