Baller_ lpskier Posted October 4, 2019 Baller_ Share Posted October 4, 2019 An email from USA-WSWS HQ was sent yesterday that regards recent Safe Sport allegations and investigations in the water ski community. Having read the email and the relevant links, and having had and heard discussions about the email’s meaning, it seems to me that the email may be misunderstood by some. The correct reading, in my view, is that there will be additional information added to the Suspended Persons list so that now there will also be notice/disclosure of of persons who are on probation as well as persons who are suspended or banned. What it does not mean is that the person who is on probation is now suspended. Stated differently, there is no new punishment to the person already on probation.
