Baller MuskokaKy Posted January 8, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 8, 2020 @The_MS cool find. Looks like the cars com ein off 51 and they launch part way up on the right hand side. Bar off to the right in line with where i think they launch; might have a boat in there. Again cool find; and would like to know also. Family has a place in St.Petes but my uncles place is 30 min drive.

Baller_ Jody_Seal Posted January 8, 2020 Baller_ Share Posted January 8, 2020 @The_MS It started out as a ski lake however it is 3 feet deep at it deepest. There is a new lake development in bay county. Dont know a whole lot about it but a lake is being built to accommodate a slalom course.
Baller_ The_MS Posted January 8, 2020 Author Baller_ Share Posted January 8, 2020 Thanks @Jody_Seal probably would fill back in after a dredge. I look forward to seeing what’s up with new lake.
Baller BraceMaker Posted January 8, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 8, 2020 If it's sandy you could suck it up. Looks like all sand around
Baller MuskokaKy Posted January 9, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 9, 2020 @Jody_Seal do you think its salvageable? Off topic question but also to @Jody_Seal ; what would that chunk of land and lake go for roughly $$?
Baller_ MISkier Posted January 9, 2020 Baller_ Share Posted January 9, 2020 If it’s sandy and you’ve got the time: https://piranhapump.com/products/mini-dredge The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears.
Baller_ The_MS Posted January 9, 2020 Author Baller_ Share Posted January 9, 2020 If it’s sand it may just fill right back in to the bottom
Baller_ Jody_Seal Posted January 9, 2020 Baller_ Share Posted January 9, 2020 @MuskokaKy Not all florida is sand our part of the state has a lot ok hardpan, clay and stuff you would swear is cement! Land prices are all over the board right now in bay county. So much damage from hurricane and lack of inexpensive housing has driven the real estate market fairly high. But again there is so much distressed property cash is king.. That lake outside of lynhaven is very hard access as it is a goat trail to get too. I do know of a house coming up for sale at Kirkland manor. Sits on a ski lake with a course on it.
Baller jetpilotg4 Posted January 9, 2020 Baller Share Posted January 9, 2020 @MISkier that mini dredge would probably take two lifetimes to deepen a ski lake enough
