Kris1980
...WOW! Great fun, easy to water start and for a moment there i felt like a pro (at 24/26 mph). Even though i tried to play around with the balance point, the ski wouldn't let me. It was like she was saying "i feel what you're trying to do but i'm sticking right here". My Senate Alloy will probably get far less water time from here on out. 40year old free skier (never skied a buoy all my life, probably never will)

Baller Jetsetr Posted May 27, 2020 Baller Share Posted May 27, 2020 Have the little brother to the Katana (Butterknife), and a Senate Alloy. Spring riding until I get into ski shape is always the Butterknife. Soooo easy to get up on, very forgiving and just fun. The Senate is a lot more work (but in a good way). Put newbie slalom skiers on the Butterknife as well. Always works great.
