Baller Zoro957 Posted August 2, 2020 Baller Share Posted August 2, 2020 I have heard other Power vest users mold the back plate to better fit the curve of their back. Details on temp and time and technique would be appreciated.
Baller Steven_Haines Posted August 2, 2020 Baller Share Posted August 2, 2020 I baked mine at 250• with a towel between the panel and the oven rack until the panel went limp and then had my friend mold it to my back while wearing gloves. You can fine tune it with a heat gun
Baller dbski Posted August 3, 2020 Baller Share Posted August 3, 2020 I put my wife's panel in the oven around 250 and kept checking it until it started to get soft. Once soft, I held the panel against her back and wrapped her and the panel tightly with an Ace bandage. She obviously had a sweatshirt on and says it's more comfortable formed.
