For the purposes of scoring, what are the IWWF slalom starting speeds for every division (both genders). I’m looking to see how many buoys an open female gets paid when she runs her opener if her opener is 15 off 34mph, same with open man, men’s 3, boys 2, men’s 6 and the rest. A link would be really appreciated.

Starting, or max? There aren't really any starting speeds by division. Starting speed regardless of age is 15.5mph. If you can go faster, you can start where ever you want. There are max speeds for each division. If you're shortening at max speed then you will likely start at max speed. Some pro tournaments specify a starting line, and they will always start at max speed.

Copied from AWSA Official Tournament Rules

"A. The minimum starting speed for all divisions shall be 25 kph (15.5 mph).

1. At the option of the LOC, a skier may start below the minimum speed in Class F only and the pass(es) shall not be scored at or above zero until they have reached the official minimum starting speed. (Also see Rule 3.06).

2. Also, at the option of the LOC as stated in its tournament announcement, or by majority vote of the Appointed Judges, the number of passes may be limited to a specific number but not less than four.

B. The maximum allowed boat speeds shall be as follows:

1. A skier may elect to start at a speed higher than his division maximum speed, up to his respective Open Division maximum speed, and may not return to his division maximum speed on subsequent passes. Any passes skied at that higher speed shall receive credit for buoys as though they were being run at his division maximum speed.

2. In Class C tournaments, the skier may opt to ski at higher"

Sorry, missed the IWWF part. I'm sure there is someone else that understands the IWWF rules. I looked and its un-clear. It seems to indicate that the event may specify a minimum starting point. Otherwise it seems about the same, except IWWF doesn't allow for shortening until you reach the shortening speed (AWSA resently changed the rules to allow shortening anytime, each pass just has to either speed up or shorten whether you reached the max speed or not doesn't matter.) There is a chart that dictates shortening speed (which is similar, tho not exact per division, or age range to the AWSA max speeds.) If you shorten before reaching the shortening speed, you score as an 18M line.
