Another GiveGo lesson from Freddie

I've taken a bit of a step backwards as of late and VERY happy @horton advertised the Givego app. It was super easy to upload and get the ball rolling. Looking forward to getting to work with Freddie's advice out on the water!!

This is awesome stuff. Watched @Horton recent lesson and my nephews have each taken a couple as well. Money well spent--so much cheaper than plane tix, lodging, food, plus lessons in FL and can apply to practice right away.

Those "in person" lessons are worth every penny as well...but if you can get for a relatively cheap price a series of lessons while training on your home site to improve--so nice. Glad it's out there and hope more skiers take a shot at it.

Yep and with skiing comes the ups and downs. I was running multiple back to back + 35's when the water was about 12-15 degrees warmer and then suddenly I started struggling a bit. We video and coach each other but I wanted some more input. Why not go to the best for a quick look!! It's really easy and worthwhile. I'm happy to have something to work on in my easier passes as we close out the year, too.

GiveGo doesn't seem to be available in Europe :disappointed:

@Gray_Mac not sure about Europe but it is only available on iPhone.

@Horton Useless to me....I would be more than willing to pay for video coaching through this service, but I don't have an Apple device and don't plan on getting one. I have a ton of GoPro videos that I can/would use......but.....???? Maybe you have some influence? It seems very narrow minded, from a business model, to have only one format accepted. It sort of cuts out a significant segment of the potential customer base.

I actually emailed them and they said it should be available in Europe in a couple of months. B)

 

They seem to have plans to make it available on the Play Store too as there's an Android waiting list
