Sometimes i wonder why everyone that skis doesn't live in Florida....You can't drive 3 miles without running into a lake!..........hahah...that doesn't need a well and a pump to keep it full.

Recently I was researching some of the old sites I used to ski in the East and was sad to see no water in Lex Carrol’s pond in Oakham, MA. Picture Lake in Petersburg, VA dried up years ago. Does anybody know if Jud Spencer’s lake in Endicott, NY still exists? I couldn’t find it on a satellite image.

@aspski and @S1Pitts, I grew up near here! My parents still live in Invermere, I had no idea this place existed. Growing up it was mid June before the lakes up there were warm enough to ditch the wetsuit most years.
