Skis that state which foot goes forward

I struggle with my offside, as many do. There are several skis that are sold as LFF or RFF - Denali being one. Are these skis designed differently? Is there actually any significant difference side to side with these skis? I was wondering if they were designed to optimize onside and offside with a specific foot forward. Anyone have any insight into this? I realize that my poor technique and general lack of skill is the biggest limitation but it is always way more fun to blame your ski than yourself. Thanks!

@skiinxs Thanks! Curious to understand how much impact that can have on cross course performance. Could a RFF skier still ski well on a LFF Denali? I'm sure the fin works to optimize the ski, I'm just curious how much impact it can have. thanks again!
