2nd opinion, 1st ski purchase

Assuming the ski suits me (primarily open skiing, access to a course I wouldn’t mind taking a run occasionally through a course I have access to, trying to improve, 42yrs, 6’0,” weight range usually 210-225-ish, with a little effort probably could get it down closer to be 205).

The ski is a 4 year old 69” Radar Senate (assume Alloy…?) single boot/open rear, boot is the right size (I wear 11.5, as does the seller), ski bag included.

Is the asking price fair? Seems reasonable and at $225 a low risk purchase, but I’ve never bought a ski so just double checking. I’ve always had a decent option with friends that were probably not the best fit for me (mostly 67”).
