X2 - very easy fix, the difficult part is done if you've already removed it. Sand it, degrease it and glass it. You'll be skiing tomorrow.

I put a patch on it but I’m worried it will continue to crack with vibration.

It’s just over 1400$ CAD to have a new one shipped to me.

I've patched the one in my 200 twice now. Have over 2000 hours now and the patches have both held w/o any issue.

A small hole at each end of the crack will stop crack propagation. Given repair complete don’t worry about it. If that area is rubbing on floor put a small piece of Eva foam between them.

Yep, in Canada the cost for us is significant. I've been running for a few years on my 196 without issue, and I'd just patch it again if ever needed.
