Baller BrianKennedy91 Posted August 29, 2022 Baller Share Posted August 29, 2022 I've got some Polyform S-1 boat guides that I use as winter buoys. I noticed one of them has a little chew spot around the bottom where possibly a muskrat has chewed on it. It has a very small pin hole in it and I was wondering if anyone has tried to patch a little spot? I was wondering if a soldering gun or a heat gun would melt the hole back together? Baller BrianKennedy91 Posted September 7, 2022 Author Baller Share Posted September 7, 2022 If anyone was wondering, I used PVC cleaner/ primer and PVC glue and repaired the damaged buoy. I feel this same repair method would work on an evening larger gash or damage based on the outcome of the repair. Thanks Dave for the information.
