Texarkana area skiing

I'm a student at Purdue University and ski with Purdue Waterski. This summer I'll be living near Texarkana for an internship and I've been looking for places to ski. I noticed there are several bodies of water around, notably wright patman lake, but I don't have a boat nor anybody to drive a boat. I reached out to Cottonwood in Bossier City and I'd be able to ski there but it's an hour and a half away. Not a terrible drive but still not ideal. Does anyone know of any places I'd be able to ski in the area? Public water or anything, I'm not that picky. I'd love to be able to jump but I understand that's a tall order.

If you want to jump, Bullneck lake, just southeast of Little Rock is the place to go.  Farther drive, but a top notch jump site.

Wow…. That’s a huge hike from Texarkana- 2.5 hrs . Could just as easily look near DFW
