Change to the post reactions

I got rid of "WTF" reaction and added "Heterodox".

For those of you from Rio Linda, Heterodox is defined as "contrary to or different from an acknowledged standard".

I did this because I read stuff all the time that I do not necessarily think is wrong but is not mainstream thinking and or needs consideration. 

The emoji is below. It looks a little angry - that is not the intent - I might change it later.

I believe everyship needs a captain, I think they are ok without caption
