@Horton I get mid into 22 off on good days. More than anything I want to make sure my ski is at stock since I bought it used. Thanks for the link!

I've never messed around with my fin and think I may start dabbling in it. If anything I'd at least like to have a way to periodically make sure its at stock settings. I have a 67' V Type, any suggestions on what kind of calipers to buy? I really have no idea. Also, any links to articles dealing with how to measure fin would be greatly appreciated

Thank @bbirlew @eleeski I just landed my first couple handle pass wake O's, started outside the wake on heel side. I focused on a gradual smooth pull and pulling the handle into my hip and I was surprised how good the spin felt in the air. Need to work on landing under control now. I Haven't tried toe side yet. Hopefully I'll be able to get all my wake spina down consistentlybefore collegiate skiing begins

I've recently started doing wake spins, and am looking for some advice on handle pass wake O's. I have down wrap O's well from outside the wake to in, but struggle a bit from inside to out. I'm sure I'll get it down very soon. It seems like I slide out when I go in to out. I also can do a WBB but not the reverse yet because I can't quite ride the reverse back wrap, very close to being able to ride it though. Handle pass wake O's I struggle with though. How do you guys teach them/do them? do I keep the handle in throughout the whole trick or let it out to start?

great 1 ball, better stack, and handle control off second wake

@Horton @wtrskior I meant onside turn, we both got our skis from Greg Badal and believe they are not stock fin settings. They have sanded bevels as well. We are getting some calipers to check and move the fin to stock. We never have played with fin settings before but could try moving the bindings, they are at 29.5 now

mine is very smooth compared to my A3, but my brother's overturns on the offside horribly.

definitely would go with a reflex. I just switched from a Wiley and my very first set on the reflex was the best set of my life. It will make you a better tricker right away and you'll be glad you got one.

I use an intuition and like it. Never had durability issues. I use a size 10 shell but could have gone with an 8 so I use the Intuition because its the thickest.

Looking for a 500/750 plate and release. Tricked for the first time today with a reflex and am never going back to Wiley. Couldn't believe how fun and consistent it was. Easily got my 660 pass so looking to learn reverse back wrap which I've been working on for a while and WO's/WBB's. Does anyone have a 500 or 750 release they would be willing to sell?

Selling my 2013 A3, it's in very good condition and has normal wear after 2 summers of skiing on it. Always kept in padded bag out of sun. I would generally only ski on it about 4 days a week from June-August and a few times in September. I made tons of progress on the ski but I couldn't resist the new V Type. Heres the link to SIA:

thanks a lot! I'll check out the old plate, its only a few years old I believe so it should work if i just get a new heel release

I have a reflex 750 on my slalom ski, and want to start using a reflex on my trick ski as well. I just need another plate and can use the same boot. Is there any way I could use my brother's 405 plate he would give me with my 750 boot? I'd hate to spend the money on a new 750 plate if I can jimmy rig something with the older plate. Thanks in advance!

This past week at Bennett's Ski School, I set a new PB on the course of 1.5 at 22 off. Pretty happy I already am skiing better than I was at my peak last season. Hopefully that means I'll be cutting the line again this summer. Hats off to the coaches at Bennetts. Cant wait to get back out on the water. Unfortunately, living in Wisconsin that may not be until May.
