  1. Need to switch! I did it. Just go for it in one day. It’s possible to do it all at once.
  2. @Hockdog @vtjc I had some similar issues with the buttons/surface of the head unit. Buttons stopped functioning reliably etc. Only needed a new button pad. I asked “zero off “ for some parts . They sent the head unit ($600). There are no parts! Just replacement!
  3. That's great that you are skiing, and are interested to be inside the course. My wife used to just "ski" as well. She would let the guys run the course. Than she tried it and it's game on time. She gets "equal" passes as anybody else. She started course set up as noted by @Than_Bogan , and now she is fully capable of full passes on her own, gates and multiple passes. It's an individual sport, so start course training and you will continue to improve.
  4. @Orlando76, your first point is right on. I agree exactly !
  5. What @6balls , and @MISkier and @bigskieridaho said. The 5.7 is dead. 6.0 is better built and solves all power issues.
  6. Shuswap - pretty hard to beat the service. I've dealt with them several times this season alone. Quick and professional . Ship directly to your door. Spend more time skiing. I needed a specific tool, they sent the whole set no extra charge.
  7. 1) @lcgordon - sorry- I don't have my PP now so I'm going from memory. The brass thread adjuster looks broken free from the barrel. Isn't it supposed to be one PC? I could be wrong. 2)I do remember when I had mine I replaced the "L" swivel, and also the knuckle where the cable attaches. These things wear and make things sloppy or slack feeling cable . Sluggish return etc. I just phoned PP guys and they sent new connections and this definitely improved my response. You can't tell by just looking at it. Compare used parts to new. 3)DanE is also right . The L swivel is very important . You are dealing with pretty tight tolorances on the carb slides, caused by throttle binding 4) perhaps instead of changing the cable length, change where the servo is mounted to improve the cable path to the throttle.like @TallSkinnyGuy boat!.
  8. Looks like the adjuster bolt is broken at the threads. Adjusted for the throttle cable. Causing slack (feels /acts like a worn spring )
  9. @2788 I received the product from Rinda. They were helpful and quick. As it turned out I replaced the tps , and fuel pump. Boat is running top notch, engine light codes are off. Sotoo busy skiing to play with it. But for sure, next issue that pops up having the tool will take any pressure off from having to visit the "dealer" mafia. Thanks
  10. @Than_Bogan Thank you Excellent simple explanation (My offside is a challenge to say the least )
  11. @swc5150 . First part-that's true!. 200 cruises smooth Second part-I can totally relate! Could lose a driver!. My wife went a step further, from driver: to boat crew: to now she just skis!
