  1. Hi Ballers. My name is Steph. I'm an avid slalom skier in Osoyoos, BC, Canada. My business is the one Dave @6balls mentioned above (Humdinger Designs). Here is a link to some of our slalom pieces: https://humdingerdesigns.com/search?q=waterski As you will see, we work with all metals and we've been selling our products online since 2013. I would be happy to discuss the needs of anyone interested. In order to prevent clogging up this forum page, please use our contact page here:https://humdingerdesigns.com/pages/contact Cheers everyone
  2. Buy a new rope every year if you ski a lot. I had one break years ago pulling out of 2 ball. The handle came back and hit me. Broken Ribs. Season over. New Masterline to start each season now.
  3. @Zman The Halo may be fine for someone healthy who wants to lessen the chance for whiplash injuries. I slalom and have no experience with jump or trick. The Halo is for “head back” scenarios, there is nothing on the front side. It is comfortable and not intrusive on slalom skiing. I’m not far enough removed from a disc injury to rely on the Halo yet. I will most likely switch to it down the road a bit. In the meantime, I’ve been wearing a foam collar as I feel a bit more protected with it. My injury was in the c5-6-7 area. I’ve ordered the barefoot central collar to try and compare. I don’t think comparing any collars to a HANS device is fair. That is a system which includes an appropriate full face helmet. It seems like we are on the cusp of a step forward in technology in this area. People are becoming more aware of the cumulative nature of whiplash/concussion/brain/cervical injuries.
  4. @Zman I just got it. Will be skiing with it this weekend hopefully and can provide impressions next week . I’ve tried it on. Appears to be good quality. It is comfortable and seems like it would help prevent or mitigate some whiplash injuries.
  5. I’d be very interested also. Recovering from disc issues in my neck. Picked up one of these. https://aexos.ca/ Would love to hear from others
  6. I ordered a Denali specific fin this winter. Above comments mention the fins shipping the last week of April and then non Denali shipping the second week of May. Has anyone received a fin or tracking number?
  7. @MarcusBrown Never had the opportunity to take part in Collegiate Skiing but after seeing your video, sure wish I had. Wonderfully done! and please accept the following as the high compliment it is meant.......your tone and narration of your video felt very Warren Miller esque. ....Love It!!!
  8. Nice app @santangelo! How do you delete a ski from the "My Skis" list? Denali uses two depth measurements....one for each side of fin.....possible to add a field for this?
  9. +1 for Shuswap.....Buy all my gear there......feel very fortunate to be able to buy from good people somewhat locally
  10. Congrats @foxriverat .... have to say I will always love the look of the ts6m... beautiful
  11. Thanks @AdamCord ! Yes the offset screw is on the right.
