  1. So I have purchased a 2012 HO triumph. Found a HO union front binding. Both on ski it again. Having some trouble finding a rear binding. Can I put an obrien binding on the back? Will it fit? Will it hinder the skis performance? Is it just a bad idea in general? I found one on sale on Overtons. ..
  2. I guess I should have put more thought into it before letting my nostalgia rule my purchase choice. It does look as if someone has installed more modern HO bindings on the ski, also appears that they did drill new holes to mount the bindings. ... At the risk of angering the people who are giving me such good advice (I do appreciate it very much) do you think that is a sign that it would be easy to install the lace up HO bindings I found for $25 from a friend? I just don't feel like the struggle of putting on those tight bindings, and I really want to ski on the EP for old times sake...
  3. I really appreciate all the great feedback from the members here. Looking for info on how easy it is to replace bindings , I did purchase the old ep stilleto but I would like to replace the HO bindings that are on it with newer lace up style. How hard would this be for a novice like myself?
  4. Looking for some information on EP Skis, my brother had an EP Comp purchased in 94 I believe. .. it's what I learned to ski on. I just found an EP Stilleto for sale for about $75. I remember EP Skis being all over overtons in the 90's. I can't seem to find any info on EP Skis? Can anyone give me any information on EP skis. I will most likely be purchasing the stilleto (nostalgia has a lot to do with it) Just hoping to get any information about EP Skis...
  5. I have mostly skied on a ski with a double boot. Tried a ski (older) with just a rear toe plate, my foot felt kind of loose.....it seems like the rear toe plates offer much more support now? What are your thoughts on double boot vs. Rear toe plate?
