Looking to get some newer gloves ..... been using RADAR ergo as one of the only gloves that seem big enough (2XL size) They now produce gloves in A variant which has Amara palms & fingers, or K variant which has Aramid palms & fingers. Any views of which is the better material to go for ?

I recreational ski in salt water in-shore conditions ... so rarely flat water, and just fun, no running of a course. I'm 6', 240Lb and now late 50's in age :) I have been using one half of a pair of HO WideTrax combos .... This is quoted as being ~440 sq in in area, and I have then fitted with Mid-wrap bindings. Ski behind a 201 runabout with 220hp i/o .... fitted with correctly pitched High Five prop. Looking for a replacement monoski .. The first obvious choice would be Connelly Big Daddy, what are other contenders that will allow fun skiing at lower speeds ... a friend suggested HO Magnum 71" (or maybe even its replacement the Freeride 71") Welcome advice.
