  1. The base is totally broken off and each side is broken from dry rot.
  2. Never mind.... I see it on the engine. Looks damaged.
  3. I assume this is tied to the actual throttle lever behind the panel located beside the driver. If so, any tips for removal?
  4. Thanks @jpwhit. Do you or anyone else know of any instructions, guide or video of how to remove and replace the TCP?
  5. Yesterday I was pulling up to a dock and tries to put it in reverse. A diag message popped up, beeped and no reverse. The message reads: Engine#1, SPN 29, FMI 4, OC 36 % ACCEL POS VOLT BELOW NORM OR SHORT LOW Any knowledge on this?
  6. @oldjeep - I did not check with that ebay seller but with several across the country and had no luck. In the meantime a friend and I braised the crack in hope it will hold until I ge the backordered parts. ....STILL just asking is there a wide spread problem in manufacturing/bad cast/supply chain/skilled workers, or some reasonable explanation for this problem.
  7. oldjeep - you can buy them but they are not available.
  8. I am backorder for the whole kit, which includes 2 manifolds, 2 risers, all the gaskets and bolts. I'm just asking is there a wide spread problem in manufacturing/bad cast/supply chain/ skilled workers, or some reasonable explanation to this problem. I want to get my boat back in the water.
  9. I did look at that before and the only thing that I saw was the angle of the risers. I might be able to use my risers.
  10. OK, I have a 2010 SN200 with a 2009 PCM 5.7 motor. The exhaust manifolds started leaking from cracks in the cast. I am willing to purchase replacement parts but can not get them. I have been told by several places that they have been on order for months and I would be in a long line for backorder. First of all, I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with PCM exhaust manifolds especially only 10 years old. Should they last longer? Was there a manufacturing problem? I know of boats that the manifolds have lasted decades. Also, if there are hundreds of them on backorder, is my problem widespread? Why is the supply so low? I want to thank those who I've already consulted and have tried to help, but still...... WTF?
  11. My 7 year old grandson Jimmy, on 12/31/2020. A little FREE SKI action.
  12. How do I get a Black one to fit 2010 SN?
  13. I had this in VA and it's in my garage. Now I have it in FL.
  14. The data is already there with every tournament. Keep the divisions the way they are, by age. If you want to crunch the score numbers differently, like; all who have an average of 3@32off 34mph regardless of age, gender, division, etc… you will effectively have an ability based ranking score list. Heck, crunch it anyway you want. All skiers that ran at least 3@38 before 12:00 noon that day or only females over the last 2 months of tournaments that ran 35. You could even crunch the data by boat or driver or site. The data is there. It’s just the way you look at it. You don’t have to change HOW we do tournaments, just how we look at the results. My 2 cents.
