  1. Agree with the above comments. My 4 & 6 year olds progressed quickly on a pair of O’Brien Jr Vortex skis. I put some tail weights on them, which made deepwater starts effortless. They eventually learned to drop to proper slalom skis (Jr Siege and a Small P6 for the 6 yo). Tail weights also make it easier to find the dropped ski ;) Based on my experience, I would advance the bindings forward on the junior vortex if you plan on using them as a dedicated slalom ski when learning the course.
  2. Just curious, is that a tail weight at the back of your Jr amigo?
  3. I have a SN200OB, Skylon Fat Pole, and a Bemmans extended boom that is contoured. My custom boom can go out on either side. Just got it this offseason so I haven't tested them out together yet. You definitely need a contoured boom for a 200 it you want it to go out on the drivers side and sit right behind the windshield.
  4. +1 regarding the iPhone 6. Video is almost unusable due to the 'jello' effect. I was going to try a friend's 6+ because of the built-in optical image stabilization, but it looks like that has already been tried without good results.
