Sorry don’t know for Bull Shoals, but @Ed_Johnson the course on Greers Ferry by the marina in Heber is still there and well maintained by an active club. I bought by 94 190 from the original owner Bret who skis there, was a promo owner up to 94, not sure how far back from there. Perhaps you met him during your stop.

I'm moving from northwest Arkansas to Wichita, KS sometime probably in December. I've never been there other than passing through a couple times driving from Arkansas to Colorado several years ago. Anybody have any intel for me? I'll have my '94 190 but haven't figured out how to ski and drive at the same time yet. Anybody know about Spray Lake or Mystic Lakes?
