  1. @Horton if the radar vice is suppose to be skied at 34mph but I'm going my skiing it around 28-30mph. Will that effect how the ski will ride ?
  2. @Mitzysman the theory was my second option! Just I have found the vice for a really good deal off ski it again. I think I would be more comfortable on the theory
  3. @Horton @aupatking my only fear with the vice its it wanting to always be on edge. I use a rtp, could deep water starts be a bit challenging with a higher end ski ?
  4. Looking for a new ski for this season, most of it will be spent free skiing but a couple chances to hit the course. Im 5'6 and around 140lbs. Im looking at a 66" 2017 O'Brien world team ski or used 66" 2012 Radar Vice. I know the vice is a much higher end ski but its suppose to be skied at 34mph, but im only going to be skiing around 30mph. I feel the O'Brien would be a better fit but I dont want it to hold me back. If anyone has input on either ski it would be greatly appreciated !
  5. I remember reading that Ho and Radar bindings/skis were compatible. Can anyone confirm or deny this? I am looking at putting a pair of Ho basis bindings on a 2015 radar theory ski. Any help would be appreciated!
  6. I am looking to get a better ski for this summer. I am currently just using a combo 67" ski. I'm 5'6 and 140 pounds, I find the 67" to big so I'm thinking about moving to a 65" 2015 radar theory. I've found a pair of HO basis front binding and rtp for sale locally for a good price. I read that Ho bindings can mount to radar skis? My other option would be a ( I think 2011) 65" Ho Nos with the basis bindings. The nos is used but in perfect condition but I can find very little info about it online. Any opinions or recommendations would be great!
  7. @Bill22 not a real ski boat, just a 70hp 14ft lake boat with a pylon in it
  8. Just looking for any tips for a new skier, I have only have skied for the summer on the weekends so not much experience. Just free skiing 15 off and normally around 28mph. I have a basic idea of how my posture should be (hips forward and arms at my side). I find one of my biggest problems is that my ski bounces a lot when I cross the wake and even when I do manage to keep the ski on edge going over the wake I still find their is a lot of bounce. Any suggestions to fix that and any other tips would be greatly appreciated!
