I got a new place on the lake just a stones throw down from my old place, so I'm looking for the best way to "float" my boat lift over there. I was thinking of getting 3-4 truck tire inner-tubes, inflate 'em and just walk it over. It's a Lakeshore 40109 (4000 lb. cap., 109" beam) lift, weighing about 600 lbs. I guess. Any better ideas would be appreciated.

as soon as I get to Ft. Myers in a couple weeks, I'm picking up the Mustang GT at the airport and driving straight to Ski Eden.

It's been waaaayyyy too long and the Midwest is taking it's sweet time opening its arms to spring.

I'm going to FL later this month and have booked a couple days to ski. Is it better to just ship my ski to my resort or check it on the plane? Can someone recommend a good case for a 68" Carbon V?
