@LakeOneSkier Thank you for the quick response! I will do so and see what they can do. Sucks because I really did love the comfort and stability this binding had....until it ripped apart haha. Did you end up just changing to the Animal binding?

At the end of last season I purchased the 2017 Vmax direct connect binding to go along with my 2015 Syndicate V-type. I've unfortunately been too busy with work and since then have ski'd it maybe 12-14 times. This past weekend, 9/2/2018, on a normal pull I felt something off and dropped the rope and found my boot to be half ripped off from the base of the binding. I have not taken a single hard fall on this set up or have I put it through more than typical stress. Has anyone seen anything like this before or know of this type of issue?
