    Is the X9 based on the 205 or the 209?

    I would be looking at a mid 2000's. Again the reason for the 205 is most of what I do is open lake. I love the prostar and I'm sure the wake is not even comparable but need a little more family friendly boat but still has a great ski wake!

    How is the slalom wake on a MC 205? I'm not getting into short line but I ski 34mph. How much different is it from a 197?

    Moksh, See you in Havasu!! We try and and get the Refuge area in the morning when we are in town, we usually get good water. Best place to ski on the lake!

    Awesome your back on the water!! Hope your having fun!! I would try and demo a few skies. I feel the Senate and Omni would be good for open water.

    @Ron56 send me a PM if you want to try and ski. Don't have a course just open water. I have a rotating work schedule but try and not go on weekends. it gets to busy. Not sure where your located in Phx area???

    @wawaskr not that I know of. A group used to a temp course at pleasant but to my understanding they have not done that for some time.

    Love these bindings!!! Pull them tight to limit slip but I never over tighten.

    IF we want to grow the sport we need to have many more grassroots tournaments. Here in the SW there are only 2 or so for the entire season. We need more!!
