  1. Oh I know…the wife and kids have given me a lot of grief. But we have all skied behind the “new” boat and it is great. And arguably a bit better all around boat (interior room, ride in chop, etc). But it was tough to see the prostar leave, owned for almost 30 years.
  2. Sold - going to a good home in CT. Thanks for all the interest. Off to the dark side (a bubble-back SN 196)
  3. Original owner, very close to perfect condition. TBI fuel injection, power slot transmission, 4 blade prop. Same freshwater lake since new, inside storage every winter, on covered boat lift in summer. 742 hours. Always maintained (Mobil 1 oil, filters, plugs, transmission fluid changes, recent steering cable, etc). Few years ago upgraded stereo to modern Sony and Polk speakers. Well loved boat that we were not planning on selling. Runs, drives perfect, arguably this generation hull produces one of the best ski wakes. A close friend offered to sell his boat to us and can’t refuse. Not greatest pics, it’s still tucked away in the garage. Located in New Hampshire. Asking $14,500. Please reach out with questions.
  4. More curiosity than anything...I frequent Aroostook county in the winter for snowmobiling. There are a number of lakes up there. Are there any organized/semi organized clubs that far north that have courses set up?
  5. BraceMaker, Yes it has the two velcro wraps in the back. I have contacted Wiley's and because of the velcro (they don't have ability to sew neoprene) they are not able to help. The main part of the binding is fine, and the overlay just has a small tear. I don't ski competitively. Just fixing the overlay is all I need at this point. $$ no object I'd be looking for a new ski, or to replace the 94 Prostar 190 for that matter :-) Doug
  6. Hi, I have an older O'brien Seige Comp that needs a new overlay piece. I have reached out to Wiley's, but because the overlay has a built in velcro cinch set up they can't help me. I've read on this forum that folks have ordered neoprene from McMaster Carr. Would anyone be able to point me to the correct part #? There a enough options on the McMaster Carr site to make it difficult to determine what to order. Any help would be much appreciated. mcmaster.com/neoprene-rubber Thanks, Doug
