  1. Yeah. The stokers are new. I had to drill the f1 with new holes to mount them
  2. Found a Radar Senate Alloy on clearance - I think its a 2019 model. Earlier this year I purchased new Connelly Stoker Bindings for my old F1X, so old I had to drive some screws into the ski as the screw pattern did not match up. Will the Connelly screw pattern and Radar ski line up? Sorry to ask such a noob question, but after some searching could not find a definite answer on this. Been skiing for many years but only a few times a summer on my buddies setup, so trying to figure this out for myself now.
  3. I am planing on skiing some over the fall/spring and maybe winter months. Highly Doubt my wife and daughter and the rest of my normal crew are up for colder water / weather. We normally launch at Pungo Ferry on the NorthLanding river. Would likely be on weekend mornings. If interested let me know. @Nautibynature @tgi100 @Dlongwfu @lpskier @rodb
  4. @6balls I LOVE this boat to the point my wife is annoyed. She found it on FB marketplace the night it was listed. I was driving 5 hours to test drive it a day later to beat the 4 other people coming over the weekend to look at it. Right boat, right seller, right price. All worked out great.
  5. We looked at and tested an 01 and an 00 TSC nautique. They drove the same but the 00 had great gel coat and great original interior whereas the 01 needed a lot of work on both fronts. The 00 also had a stack of receipts for service back to the first oil change when she was new and a solid trailer. It helped that the boats prior owners were both military officers and took good care of her. We bought the 00. That all being said I just replaced the water pump and some bursted water lines. It is a 20 year old boat. Fully agree that gel coat and interior matter a lot. The GT40 is easy to work on and everything is accessible.
  6. I spent a lot of time trying to find the factory tune for the F1X. Came upon this ski by accident. Put some stoker bindings on it and it was terrible and drifted all over the place. Fin was way too shallow and back from factory. Just thought I would share what I found as I had a hard time finding it on here or elsewhere. Have not skied on it yet to know how this change will effect it. http://www.proskicoach.com/skis/connelly
  7. @tgi100 @Nautibynature Just happened upon this post googling water skiing in Hampton Roads. Very novice skiing who was skiing one week a summer for the last 13 years. Just bought a 2000 ski nautique with plans to use it on the northwest river. Very interested in a club and info on local water. Let me know if this goes anywhere and what I can do to help.
