  1. I'm happy to see that i'm not the only boat owner who is a bit OCD when it comes to how the boat looks. That's a sweet ride too.
  2. Looking forward to my Omega max arriving down under in November. :p
  3. I've just signed up for a Syndicate Omega Max ll, arrives mid November. Hope it lives up to the hype, this is my first non Radar ski.
  4. @Loopski thats an Aussie made Fluidcore Tower, there's a few on prostars over here.
  5. Had my first ski behind the new to me 17 ProStar last Sunday. Remember it's mid winter here in Western Australia, water temp 14C and a lake finally filled after being dry for 2 years. Crossed the wake the first time and braced for the hit of what looked like a largeish wake and was crossing the 2nd wake before i knew what happened. So soft and smooth, the reputation for awesome slalom wakes is well deserved. Filled an afternoon with skiing, kneeboarding and lots of joy rides for friends. The 6.2 has plenty of grunt and is quiet. Boat has surpassed my expectations in all aspects and is just dam fun. I am at best a novice at the course, but even though i'm 52 this year I think i might finally make it through those blasted bouys soon. Cheers to all the BOS crew out there.
  6. Ski more with the new too me 2017 prostar. Guaranteed to up my count :D
  7. The XFI is a nice reasonably priced family fun boat, not a great slalom boat. Similar options would be the Stephens range of boats. These all come out of the same factory in Corowa i think. More expensive options would be Camero legend, Spy and Hallett boats. Really depends on what your wanting to do.
  8. Every body skis in December if you live down under. Nothing tough about that. B)
  9. I have a 2010 with an Ilmore engine. At long lengths and slower speeds the wake can be a bit big. The 2014 onwards Pro Star are much better at any speed or length.
