Hopefully the Pista01 ski boat that @arturonelson is involved in works out. Looking at https://alahua.mx/blogs/noticias/pista01 is shows a base price of $79,000.

Sure Path is also working on self driving correct?

I personally don't like the head-to-head format which often leads to the second skier just skiing to 1/2 buoy beyond the first skier then stopping. What I would like to see is the leaders pass superimposed and synced on the current skiers pass so you can see directly see how the two compare.

The 66" Wide Ride is a big ski, easily compares to a traditional 68".

Video of Will Asher running 39' at 34mph on the Syndicate OMNI.
I heard it was a 64" Syndicate OMNI. @owennibley What size is the CX Superlite do you have?

For low maintenance electric will be hard to beat.

With Nautique I think your want the tab to the right when looking from the back?

Not a big deal what I see in the picture but it does not look like an OMNI tail...

Crazy, you can very likely go to your local dealer and order a 2024 boat now with a 6.0 and pay that or less plus get it in the spring of 2024.

A little off topic but how nice would it be if there was a program in the flat screen display of all new ski boats where each user could enter their own code and have the boat keep track of hours for each owner. With a shared boat the hardest thing is keeping track of how many hours each owner uses, it sure seems like a simple program in the flat screen display could easily be implemented.

Go with the HO Syndicate OMNI, most underrated ski out there for those at your level and beyond. The OMNI is the only ski clean edge technology that reduces drag making it super efficient, the wider tail makes it super easy to get up on and it turns without thinking. Make sure you spring for the Syndicate version rather than the carbon version.

Love your Vlog as well. One thing I'm always interested in is what model ski each pro is on or if it is a future model not out yet. I also like to hear what they like about their particular model over another when you have more than one choice from several ski companies these days.

YES please! I would love the option to use my phone to record for all of the reasons listed by @Slalom.Steve Those with phone battery issues might need to look into a new phone, my four year old Galaxy S-10 still lasts all day with a lot of use including being used as a hot spot for Sure Path.

Radar team skiers. What do you feel different on the water between the Vapor Pro and the wider Senate Pro? Who in general should choose the Senate Pro over the Vapor Pro?

I hope I'm wrong but I think Goode is on the slow decline to oblivion without Dave Goode's (RIP) innovative mind pushing things along.

I think @Chris Rossi will be the next one to run 41' at 55k.

@Maxsend Every time you ski and want to record do you need to point the camera at the QR code or just the very first time?
-
@Andy do you have a diagram of which hoses you pulled? How do you burp the degas bottle? Thanks

I think the HO Syndicate OMNI is the most underrated ski of all time. I know the CX Superlite is older than the OMNI. Is the CX Superlite wider or narrower than the OMNI? At some point the CX Superlite (just like the OMNI) will reach a point where the tail will not stay in the water which is when you need to move to a ski with more grip. At 34 mph the Syndicate OMNI is good through about 32' off.

@Andy Where did you drain the remaining coolant from? Heat exchanger?

It looks like you can watch it again at https://www.twitch.tv/studiowakepark if you missed it like me.

Check out Black Butte Ranch as well in Shoshone ID.

MGM lake is now owned by Jonathan Neeley who is developing it into 24 lots (19 on water) that will be called Lateral 75 Ranch.

The 1.5mm Camaro Blacktec is still hard to beat and now they offer one with a dry zipper, no more cold water leaking through the zipper. I do love the 3/4 leg length offered by Stokes but at 1mm they are not as warm as the 1.5mm Camaro. I find the 3/4 length leg (just below the knee) of the Stokes easier to get on and off, has no material to get in the way of your boots compared to full length suit, and you never get water up the legs during starts like you can with the mid thigh length suit. For me the ultimate suit would be 1.5mm smooth skin 3/4 length with a dry zipper.
O'Neill makes good stuff but they don't offer a full smooth skin neoprene suit which is a must, without it you get evaporative cooling making the suit noticeably colder compared to one of the same thickness with smooth skin.
