  1. I think this risks outweigh the gain as of right now, so I will stay away from toe holds and have to find some friends with who do have a pylon! ;)
  2. I just used the picture for reference but sadly my boat does not have a mounted ski tow, otherwise I would of course use the actual pylon (trying to work with what I've got)
  3. Question, is there a trick release for a rope that attaches to a pulley at the back of the boat? My boat unfortunately does not have a pylon so I wonder if there is such thing Not my boat but a tow harness like this picture
  4. I have not skied in a few days and my feet feel back to normal now. I will add that I have flat feet when standing and am very hyper mobile (EDS) so over flexibility has always impacted me. When I ski more on the ball of my foot I feel unsteady/unstable, would you say is this because of EDS, flat feet, or could it be Plantar fasciitis? Sorry for making this so long but I have been fine all summer and now this just came up from no where, so I am a little bewildered.
  5. I ski about 3-4 times a week, nothing extreme or crazy, but lately my heels are quite sore. Any ideas why or suggestions for fixing it?
  6. Thanks again for all the responses, I very much do understand those vests are not CGA and the risks involved. I ski on a show team so am looking for more float than the Dolphin but still a comp vest for flexibility (ei think pyramids, doubles...). With that said, I never have floated well but I do feel better wearing a CGA vest so with my personal boat I wear that.
  7. Thanks! Is there any difference between 'floatability' between these? I have a Dolphin show vest and it really doesn't do much.
  8. Hello I am new to the forum! I love doing anything on water and need a new vest. I am looking at the O'neill Slasher, Stokes Nitro 2, and the Eagle One Flex does anyone have opinions/preferences on these? I would like to know!
