  1. I don't know about the paracord idea. I'd want something strong enough to block an arm or head from going through but if an arm does go through I want it to break. I don't want to literally create another snare.
    @jhughes What do you do?
  2. Sometimes if the boat is tilted toward the vent it will keep shutting off just from sloshing around in a relatively flat tank. That can happen if filling at the dock and you are standing there to hold the nozzle or if boat is crooked on the trailer. I have also found that even when the boat is level, sealing up the fill hole around the fill nozzle with paper towels can help but you still need to go slow.
  3. I don't know about Wally buoys so can't comment about why you can't put water in them. However, @coach3 your comment about water adding mass to a regular buoy is not is not entirely thought out. This was discussed and demonstrated years ago, ad nauseam, and I really hope we won't have to go back to that argument again! Let's just say that handle guards and anything better than regular buoys cranked down to be half under the surface will both keep you safer. ;)
  4. @jakecuz23 there was some discussion about binding placement in this thread. One comment that stuck out to me was from @Drago where he said:

    Your center of balance is your inside ankle bone. I think the average distance from your inside ankle bone to the back of the heel is 2 1/2”. I suggest measuring this distance and changing your original binding placement acccordingly. Saves time.(My ankle is 3” forward of my heel, so I go back 1/2 inch from recommendation, then explain this or just tell anyone that asks I’m at stock)

    Of course, you should listen closely to anything that @SkiJay says.
