  1. Just to let everyone know, Marcus Brown and his crew will be at The Liquid Edge in Farmer City, IL. which is half way between Champaign and Bloomington, IL. on June 12th and 13th. This is a great opportunity to ski with a great coach at a great private ski lake. Marcus brings in a 2008 Mastercraft Prostar 197 with a driver and fitness coach to help you to continue to improve even after you leave. Space is limited to assure you get plenty of time on the water and off the water with Marcus. Also Marcus will have plenty of D3 skis to test and Doug with the Liquid Edge will have all the top end to bottem end skis from HO and RadaR. Just a great opportunity I wanted to share with everyone. Contact Doug at The Liquid Edge for more info. www.theliquidedge.com 217-649-2698
  2. Yes, we did lose a great one. I had the great pleasure of skiing with Brett last year in Acapulco. Our whole group loved Bretski. You will be missed man. Sending prayers to his family!
  3. Roger, Thanks for the invite, may take you up on it. How will I be able to find you if we make it out to the park? I was there at Nationals in 04 and had a great practice then just flat choked in the tournament. I have been to embarrassed to ski there since then.
  4. There will be four of us. I don't want to take anybody's spot. We might just come and hang out. We are done skiing at 2:00 each day in Miami. Thanks
  5. Some of my ski buddies and myself are going to Miami to ski with Arturo Nelson at the Miami Ski Club and was wondering if we could possible talk someone into a pull at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach. Have gas money! 5/8-5/9 rrykeratfenceonlinedotcom Randy Ryker Thanks
  6. We are planning on going to Gladstones, we were there about 12 years ago and didn't want to leave.
  7. That is what I figured, but thought I would try. I guess my wife will get her wish and get to go somewhere without visting a lake. Thanks John
  8. Are there any ski schools in the LA area? My son was picked to compete in the KTM Jr. Supercross Challenge in Anahiem Ca. on Jan. 5th. He will be racing at intermission at Supercross. Anyways I would bring my stick if I could find a place to ski, we are planning on going out a few days early to check out some sites and don't want to let down all the people that tell me that I don't go anywhere I can't ski. 9. lkb good deal, proper body position is more important than any fin tweak IMHO.
  10. I didn't measure the boots, but they were both in the center holes (Animals). I really need to be on a 67" or 68", but 66" is all that Doug has left. Ski & binding change is not a easy change Glad you got a good deal!!!!! Doug is sking on a 66" MPD and been working with Trent F. on getting it dialed in. You may want to shoot him a e-mail to see what they have come up with.
  11. lkb, I skied on a 66 MPD this past weekend and man that thing turns to quick, we ended up deeping up the fin to 2.515 and moved it back to .765.
  12. LKB Contact Doug at the Liquid Edge, he has a couple 66 and 67's. he will treat you right on the price. www.theliquidedge.com
  13. When I read it I thought HO I hear HO is working on getting CP back to where he was a couple of years ago.
  14. John, I really think I would stick with what you had when Andy set up your ski and you ran your 38, you are going to be back in simaliar water and it worked the first time. Best of luck at natty's
  15. MS 06 Monza 68" 74 - 112.5 - 145 - 178 (flex#'s) Bindings in ceter holes front & back (Animals) 29 3/4" front Fin Depth 2.535 Length 6.850 DFT .750 I got these #'s from Chet and they seem to work well with this ski. My 05 Monza 68" Fin set at Depth 2.523 Length 6.823 DFT .708
  16. Skied on a 3 different Monza's and one new Radar. Still skiing on my stiff 06 Monza. With some wacked out settings compared to my other Monza's I am about as bad as MS.
