Thanks @ SkiJay. I did get the pressure I was needing. I miss spoke using turns to describe what I was doing. Turns = 1/8 to 1/4 turn. I moved my binding just a bit more foward , gates were magical. The water is breaking at my front boot toes. I have very little smear. I’m still running 28’s and 32’s we’ll see as I move to 35’s.

I need a bit of advice. I am on a 67” Senate Pro Build. I started with the #’s on the the web site and the ski felt loose. Binding Foward 3/8” , school bus turns. I went several turns ccw on the FD and several Cw moving FL foward. The ski is getting close but, I’m having a hard time getting good starts. When I pull out and get as far on my front foot (LFF)as I can, the ski will not slow down and I lose the line. I feel very little tip pressure.
What is my next step?

Stevie, I have 5 sets on my 67” Senate Pro Build. I started with the numbers on the Whisper fin site. It felt loose, too easy to roll on edge. I moved the bindings toward 3/8”,they were @ 30 3/4”. This produced school bus turns. I have gone three 1/4 turns up and three 1/4 turns forward. The ski is starting to feel great. I am only running 22-28-32 so far. I need more sets , and some sets @ 35 to see if it will need more tuning.

I ski on a 67” Senate Pro Build and
Love it. I was on a 2017 Vapor which I liked.
The Senate is more stable in all areas of the course whithout
Any penalty.
It has helped me work on proper technique. The Vapor skied me. :)
I am -22 through -35 skier.

Maybe not greatest of all but Mike Esay(Spell check)? Was very good.

I live in Sweetwater TN. Here is a picture of the Sweetwater/Bryant built CC200. I took this pic at the Bryant factory.

The center to center of the Schnitzer mini wing requires you to drill as well. It will not hurt a thing. It would be expensive to machine a one off mini wing with the standard wings bolt hole center to center.
It would also not perform exactly the same due to the extra mounting length.

Awesome, Who was driving?

Yes, I love the fin. It's a fantastic product. It is a little aggressive as I have it now. Hopefully an easy fix.

Thanks Than_Bogan, That is what I was thinking until I read Adam's Reply.
New way to think about it..

@AdamCord not really sure. The approach to the buoy is really , then at the finish the ski goes farther than it needs to go, i pull my arms in to get tension and it hesitates and goes.
I don't think it is sliding too much through the whole turn. Maybe just a bit aggressive at the finish.
Thanks,
Johnny

@AdamCord I am skiing on a 67" Pro Build Senate. My CG is set @ standard settings -.30DFT. Binding 30 1/2 depth - 2.465, Length - 6.960, DFT - .775 - .30=.745, I am Left foot forward.
The ski feels good but tends to over turn on my on side (1,3,5) especially as the line gets to -35. @2,4,6, is great.
Should I change my settings or just work harder at being patient, letting the ski come under the line w/o pulling my arms in.

Got to love this!!

I love my CG fin. I put it on a 2016 68" Vapor at the exact same setting I had on my standard fin except the suggested -.030 DFT.
The fin seemed to help me ski an earlier line. This makes both the toe and heel side turns seem effortless. There is a bit more drag. I will work on the wing angle and size.

Good show. Enjoyed it.

Thanks!

Ed,
Did you ski on a 2016 Vapor? What do you think are the differences?
Thanks

This ski is awesome thru -32 @34mph. It is stable making it very easy to learn proper slalom technique.
Good luck,

John,
What fin numbers did you finish on?

Praying for you.

jhughes, let us know how you progress on this ski. I am skiing on one, it is a very interesting ski. My current ski is a 16 Vapor, this ski is very different. I find that it is much easier to get connected on the NRG but I am not very consistent, 3 good buoys 3 bad buoys. The bad always starts with the ski flipping on a hard edge and leaving my butt behind on my good side. Lol The off side is magic! I am on a 68" 30.25 Fin- 2.470, 9.950, and .75 wing-8.
